Questions brands ask

Do I need a Shopify store?

Yes. Front Store connects to your Shopify store. Buyers pay on your checkout, and you handle fulfilment and returns.

When will I be charged?

Nothing to join. Commission goes on your Shopify bill when a creator’s buyer pays you. It comes off with what you refund, until 30 days after the item last ships. Every figure, including what Front Store charges, is shown before you go live.

Where do buyers pay?

On your Shopify checkout. You receive the payment and handle the order. Front Store never holds buyer money or sees payment details.

What about returns?

You handle returns under your store’s policies. Until 30 days after an item last ships, commission and Front Store’s fee come off in proportion to the money you refund. After that they are final on units that shipped.
